We bring together ideas, questions, possibilities on how to find agency in our bodies.
How would we reimagine dance and movement? Working with weight, rhythm and contact, the lab holds space for conversations through our dancing bodies.

Organised by Miago, a travel collective, the three day long retreat in the Kasar Devi, Uttarakhand involved facilitating workshops in art, movement and yoga. It’s aim of a recreational getaway from the city build a community where participants could recuperate and heal through arts, music, storytelling and body-oriented activities
